CJIP requires participating agencies to collect and report standardized performance data before, during, and after implementation. This data supports grant compliance, program evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Metrics Tracked
Percentage of crisis calls routed to the incorrect jurisdiction, measured pre and post training.
Average elapsed time from initial crisis contact to confirmed 911 dispatch, measured in seconds.

Reporting Timeline
