CIII: Crisis Intelligence Integration Initiative
CIII is the training and implementation division supporting CJIP adoption. It helps agencies prepare personnel, document workflows, conduct pilot programs, and maintain certification readiness.

What CIII Provides
CIII supports agencies at every stage of CJIP adoption — from initial readiness assessment through pilot completion, full certification, and annual recertification.
Training Delivery
Structured delivery of CJIP Level I, II, and III curriculum to frontline personnel, supervisors, and internal trainers. Training is designed for public safety agency environments and delivered in formats compatible with shift-based operations.
Pilot Onboarding
End-to-end support for agencies entering the 60-day CJIP pilot program, including baseline assessment, implementation planning, personnel scheduling, and documentation protocol setup.
Workforce Readiness
Assessment of agency-specific communication gaps and development of targeted readiness plans prior to certification. Readiness reviews identify jurisdiction-specific protocol gaps and documentation deficiencies before training begins.
Scenario-Based Testing
Facilitation of real-world scenario exercises that evaluate personnel performance under simulated crisis conditions. Scenario design is based on documented emergency communications failures and frontline operational experience.
Quality Assurance Support
Ongoing review of call documentation, handoff accuracy, and protocol adherence to maintain certification standards. Quality assurance support is available to supervisors and agency administrators throughout the certification period.
Annual Recertification Support
Coordination of annual recertification cycles, updated training delivery, and compliance tracking for certified agencies. Recertification support ensures personnel remain current with updated protocols and jurisdiction-specific requirements.

CJIP Standards
The Standard
Sets the certification requirements, protocol standards, documentation requirements, and quality assurance criteria. CJIP is the authority. Certification is issued against CJIP standards.
CIII
The Training Arm
Delivers the training, supports pilot onboarding, conducts workforce readiness assessments, and helps agencies achieve and maintain CJIP certification. CIII operates under CJIP standards.
CodeNexus
Optional Implementation Support
An optional technology platform that helps agencies operationalize SOPs, training materials, and documentation workflows. CodeNexus is not required for CJIP certification and does not set or modify CJIP standards.
